[HM3] Problèmes de HUD avec Winamax

Bonjour à tous, je crée ce sujet en espérant que quelqu'un puisse m'aider, le problème est assez simple, depuis environ 2 mois il m'est impossible de faire fonctionner mon tracker HM3 sur winamax alors que sur toutes les autres rooms il n'y a aucun soucis ....

C'est assez paradoxal puisque lorsque je l'ai acheté c'est sur cette room qu'il m'a été le plus simple de l'installer ...

J'ai changé de peseudo peut-être que ça vient de la ? parce qu'en fait sur mon PC il y a les dossiers d'historique de mon ancien pseudo et d'autres comptes qui sont ceux de mes amis qui se sont connectés à Winamax depuis mon PC mais je ne vois pas celui avec mon nouveau pseudo ...

Winamax recently updated their poker client and changed the location of their hand history files so you need to update HM3 to the latest beta version where we added support for this new hand history path.  You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options.  You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option.  You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=278 - or in our FAQs - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/149/Release-Notes

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=beta
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

In HM3 > Tools > Site Settings... select and 'Remove' the old folders for Winamax then use the auto detect button to detect the new path shown in this guide - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/213/Winamax

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31).  It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

** If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like https://wetransfer.com/ or https://www.filedropper.com/ and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Comment faire avec HM3 pour que le HUD se fixe sur une table et se superpose pas sur l'autre quand on joue en mosaïque avec zoom 125% sur le nouveau soft Winamax ?

Unfortunately I am not quite sure what problem you are describing so I will need you to reproduce/screenshot the problem and send the screenshot to us with your log files and a detailed description of the problem shown in the screenshot you send us.

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username.  Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

Le HUD ne se fixe pas sur une table mais sur le playground, ce qui fait un amas de stats comme on peut le voir sur le screen ou les stats de la table du bas sont présente sur celle du haut.

Oh right, their new 'Playground' feature.  We supposedly added support for this new feature in PT4 according to our issue tracking system but apparently we didn't do the same for HM3.  To document this issue for our developers you need to reproduce and screenshot the issue like you did, then send us the screenshot in a support ticket with your logs and hand history files from the logged session as instructed at the end of this FAQ.

Sur HM2 dans Advanced Setting il y'avait l'option AUto Z-Order qui pouvez pallier à ce problème

I am not sure if PT4 works on those tables or not.  I just know that we had a developer ticket for PT4 to add support for this new 'playground' feature last year but there are no comments on the developer ticket confirming if it actually works on PT4 (or HM3). 

If you reproduce the issue and send us the requested logs/files as instructed in the previous reply we can have our developers try to get it working with HM3.

Hello @Holdem Manager Support,

I just switch from HM2 to HM3, i'm in the HUD editor and maybe i'm missing something but i can't find some statistics which i used to use in HM2.
The stats are: EP RFI, MP RFI, CO Steal, BU Steal, SB Steal. All were in the RFI/Steal section.

May you tell me where to find them please? Thanks

HM3 does not have positional versions of every HUD stat like HM2 did, as many customers felt it cluttered up the stats list.  Instead we have the HUD - HUD Editor - Item Properties - Position modifier as shown in this screenshot.

Salut à tous,

 

J'ai un soucis d'affichage du HUD HM3 sur le nouveau soft winamax. La plupart du temps le HUD ne s'affiche pas, et lorsqu'il s'affiche il ne se met pas à jour. Les infos restent même lors d'un changement de joueur et indiquent les stats des joueurs disparus.

J'ai essayé sur mon 2ème ordi mais même soucis.

J'ai tenté de modifier les paramètres de HM3, changer de HUD, j'ai désinstallé HM3 et wina puis réinstallé, mais tjr le même soucis.

Mes infos sont bien importées dans HM3 et tout marche bien de ce côté là.

Sur l'ancien soft tout marche parfaitement.

Quelqu'un a une idée? (autre que jouer sur l'ancien soft :) )

Winamax is aware of this issue, they made some changes that introduced bugs on their end. Its not possible to be resolved on our end. We are in communication with them to try and get it resolved ASAP. We did however discover some issues on our end while looking into these reports, like tournament table changes, and we are adding proper support for that. (already in testing, will be in next stable release of HM3)

voici mon problème :

J’ai un gros problème avec les hud en multi-table (winamax cash game): ils se mettent n’importe où, et lorsque j’en déplace un, tous ceux situé au même endroit sur les autres tables se déplacent de la même façon.

je n ai pas ce problème en mtt

un petit coup de main serait cool

Is this for HM2 or HM3?  I think I just saw a very similar post (from you?) with the same wording on another forum regarding this issue with HM2.  HM2 support ended at the end of 2020 so I am not sure if HM2 still works on that site.

If your issue at Winamax is in fact regarding HM3:

Please make sure your poker site's preferred seating options are configured and matched to your HM3 - Tools - Site Settings - My Seat options - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/preferred-seating

Bonjour,

J'utilise la dernière version de Holdem Manager 3, est-ce que le HUD fonctionne avec le nouveau logiciel winamax pour du multitabling MTT.

Plus précisément, avec leur nouvelle fonctionnalité "playground":6300ce887cfc0_HUDbadalignedinpositiontopandright.png.39ae11b97c5b16783d0d07bd2090eaca.png

- avec le mode mosaique, si je fais mes réglages par exemple avec 4 tables dès que je change la position de ma table dans le même playground, toutes les statiques se désalignent par rapport au nom des joueurs!

- De plus, certaines zones de la fenêtre ne sont pas atteignables par le HUD? (cf sous le joueur medsmeds).

 

Est-ce le temps qu'HM3 fasse une mise à jour avec le playground de winamax?

 

Je voulais juste si tout les autres utilisateurs avaient ce problème suite au nouveau soft en mode playground avec Holdem manager

OK, merci je voulez savoir si c'etait seulement chez moi que c'était injouable sur winamax avec un tracker.

Avec playground c'est meme pas la peine!

Et sans playground, ça marchotte au début (mais ça clignote un peu dans tous les sens) puis au moindre changement de table plus de HUD... un régal

Du coup, pour winamax on va attendre une mise à jour d'Holdem manager....

We are aware of the issues some customers are having but haven't been able to narrow down the cause yet.  For now, all we can do is ask you to try our latest internal pre-release beta version and send us your logs, screenshots, and hand history files from a session to review.

Please make sure you have the right path configured, and only that one new path is configured.  If you have more than one auto-import path configured for any one site it can cause the HUD to fail.  The path with the numbers/letters is the proper path - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/winamax

Please select and 'Remove' any of the other/old paths that are no longer needed by HM3.  If you have multiple auto import paths configured in HM3 for the same site it can cause our HUD to fail.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest internal pre-release beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.24.8447
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

If the HUD is still not working please send us new screenshots, logs and hands from a short session as instructed at the end of this guide - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/hud-troubleshooting-guide

If you receive any errors when trying to send logs then please collect the logs manually and attach/link them here as shown in the attached video example and/or instructed in this guide - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/how-to-send-hm3-log-files-to-support
