Job Title: Admin and Events Manager

Department: WPT Europe

Reports to: Vice-President Europe

Location: London

  • Purpose of Role:

To assist the WPT Europe Vice President and Marketing & Events Manager across the unit in all administration finance, marketing, logistical, branding, and sponsorship duties required to create excellent quality events. To implement the live event strategy in the market and ensure the best player experience. To coordinate marketing strategy with the casino partners and the sponsors marketing teams within close event budget management.

  • Responsibilities: 

1. Admin - Support Marketing & Event Manager with data collection including all legal forms. Ensure the player database and all
documents related to events are kept up to date.

 2. Finance – Support VP Europe and Event Manager with invoices from suppliers and the financial payment process to ensure
timely payments are achieved.

3. Marketing - Assist with briefs and coordinate WPT designated videographer and official photographer. Ensure all collateral
is stored for post event marketing opportunities
4. Creative - Oversee the creative process to comply with sponsorship brand guideline required for consistent look and feel
throughout all communication channels around the event.
5. Travel – Support Event Manager with extended team members requirements for all travel across the year
6. Social – Support Event Manager in event communication on social channels.
7. Events - Assist Event Manager on site with day to day tasks.
8. Off-felt player activities – Research venues and activities suitable for the local and international players attending events
to create an excellent player experience away from the poker tournament area.
9. Player hosting – Host the online qualifiers of sponsor partners and special WPT guests

  • Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:

-Essential Languages : English, French, German, Italian, or Russian

-3+ year Business/Marketing degree

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Photoshop

-Curiosity and Passion sports/entertainment/gaming

-Strong time management and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

-Bright, social personality with strong interpersonal skills

-Willingness to work non-conventional office hours including weekends and travel extensively

-Good temperament suitable for crisis management in live event situation

Hi, I'am doing a master degree in France (Business, Management), do you think it could be possible to join WPT Europe Live Event crew in an internship ? It is twelve weeks minimum, starting March 25th. I have some experience in the event sector, as I worked two months for GL Events in 2018 (biggest french event company).

su tu veux communiquer avec eux , communique direct sur leur site . Car la c est juste un membre qui a repost l annonce sur CP
