Déco et lag sur Winamax

Une idée de quand le retour est prévu ? @guignol

En meme temps je comprends, on préfère que le site soit down un certain moment pour régler le problème, plutôt qu'il recrash le jour d'après comme ps :p.

Mais sick quand meme ces bugs à outrance...

Bonjour,

 

Après une grosse pause poker de + de 1 mois  pour souci d'alcool, j'etais content de recliquer un peu sur la souris. Le plaisir fut de courte durée. Avec 6 tables de sng double or nothing de lancé, j'eu à peine le temps d'insulter un fish qui me donk bet all-in au flop au niveau 3 que tout s'est deconnecté.
D'un mouvement brusque, j'arrache le cable ethernet pour me connecter sur le wifi de la résidence. Dans le feu de l'action, ma bière posé sur le bureau se sera toute renversé sur mon clavier et bureau. Je clique sur "se reconnecter" que le soft winamax me propose sournoisement, mais ca ne marchera toujours pas. Je tape ma souris de tilt sur le bureau detramper, j'en recevrai des projections de liquide de bière sur moi. Ni une, ni deux je saute sur mon Iphone X equipé de la 4G, bordel ca ne fonctionne tjs pas, je jette le phone je retourne au pc je reessaie de me log, j'hurle, ma femme ne comprenant pas ce qui se passe hurle aussi. Je reprend mon phone, l'écran est cassé. J'hurlerai un bon 30 seconde d'affilé, ma copine appelant de l'aide au voisin je repris mes esprit et me décida à envoyer ce message sur le CP avec politesse et courtoisie.

 

Je vous serai reconnaissant donc de me crediter la valeur des 6 sng et surtout un geste commercial pour ma bière, mon clavier et mon iphone.

Ils ont 72h pour les remboursements d'après leur CGU

Ca se fera peut-être avant mais entre les vacances, les week-end, la semaine du 15 aout, à voir.

L'objectif de l'époque était une rançon.

perso je suis content j'ai prix x fois le buy in, comme dis plus haut un peu sick car le badbeat avant le bug me propulsait top 3, je me demande combien j'aurais touché la :P 

pour ma part vraiment réactif wina!

 

par contre il est vrai que depuis une semaine j'ai bcp de deco et uniquement wina car j'ecoute des podcast ca coupe pa.

Je suis en wifi avec une freebox est un pb récurrent ? 

c'est très frustrant car avec bcp de table je vois que mes adversaire time toute leur timebank mais en fait c'est juste moi qui est off donc je clique sur onglet cash etc pour essayer de relancer ou j'ouvre une page google et impression que ca reviens, mais quand on est dans un gros coup c'est horrible !

Nous avons effectivement rencontré un incident technique le samedi 18 août et avons été contraints d'arrêter les tournois en cours.

Ceux-ci ont été remboursés conformément à nos CGU que vous pouvez consulter dans l'article 3 sur cette page.

Nous avons donc procédé au remboursement des tournois auxquels vous avez participé ce jour-là.

Nous tenons à nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée.

First of all sorry in advanced for not writing in french. I could not find winamax thread in english forums and I cannot write in french so I am left posting in english language at french forum.  

My screenname is got2bekillin and I play mainly 100 and 250 EURO expresso sit&go's regularly on winamax.

I came here to get an answer from winamax associate, because I cannot seem to be able to resolve my issue at winamax support via email where my problem is being ignored. I hope I can get help in here and resolve my issue.

Issue
During the crash of winamax software on 2018 August 18th at around midnight 00:00 CET which was a mainstream issue I have been registered to three 250 Euro expresso sit&go's. These three sit&go's are #246118709 #246118491 and #246119024. An important note is that I have been in HU stage at two tournaments which are #246118709 #246118491

During the crash, winamax software disconnected me. I have been trying to reconnect back to the software and log in, but I was not been able to do so. I was left without any choice, but just hope to get my refunds. I have recorded a screen captured video of my desktop in which it is possible to see few things such as: 
a) me having an internet connection - websites loading
b) me being unable to log into winamax software
c) video being recorded at 00:05 CET 2018-08-18

Next day winamax sends me a refund for tournament #246119024 which I am happy about. But totally ignores the other two tournaments where I was playing HU for the prizepool. I sent them an email about my issue, and get a response that everything was refunded within terms and conditions.

So I log into winamax account to see more details about two tournaments I have not been refunded for and see this:

As you can clearly see both tournaments somehow finished and prizepools was distributed to the winners. You can see that these two tournaments ended at 00:04 CET and 00:05 CET. While the tournament which winamax issued me a refund started at 00:01 CET. Which proves that tournaments that ended at 00:04 and 00:05 was affected by the same issue as the one started at 00:0. But  weirdly somehow was able to be finshed and prizepools distributed. I do not understand how that was possible and this is probably why winamax is not being able to see what I am asking and hence why refusing to refund these tournaments.

I want to ask winamax associate for help to review this issue from tournaments #246118709 #246118491
I hope to be refunded a fair share of prizepool depending of my stack at the time of the issue. With formula being: Prizepool / 1500 * (My stack) 
This would be most fair way to get refunded.

Have you tryed yourself to see the end of the tournament on the Winamax replayer?

You might have been logged off whereas the software was still running and lost because of the blinds if you had less chips than your opponents...but if it's the case Winamax will see that (i hope for you :) ).

Firstly, please note that Winamax reimburses all players who have been affected by a problem with our servers.

 

When this kind of thing occurs and multiple players are affected by the same problem, all players involved are reimbursed (just as we have done for the Expresso #246119024).

 

In regards to the two Expresso tournaments #246118709 and #246118491, please note that the other players at your table did not encounter the same connection difficulties as you and continued play without problems.

 

However, due to your fidelity and as a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded your buy-ins for these two tournaments as well.

 

Again, we offer our apologies on this issue and hope to have satisfactorily resolved it.

I am sure OP will appreciate the way you value his fidelity, and I am really not sure you should call this a "goodwill" gesture. Feels more like "grudging"/"reluctant" one...

Salut everyone,

 

anyone know what has happened? Was grinding SNGs when I suddenly got disconnected, website down for me since. All I hope for is they don't scam me in the SNG Leaderboards and count the refunded games as losses (happened to a friend of me on saturday I think, when also SNGs got cancelled). Was leading by 40 buy ins in the micro SNG LB and also was in paid places in the low SNG LB.

Could such a problem be caused by only one server being down? For example my server is down and I loose connection, while the other guys server is still responding and he has a chance to just blind me down, because I sit out? 

Anyway my concern now is that I was the only guy affected by servers issue on the table while the other was not, but due to the fact that expresso #246118491 was 1000 Euro prize-pool, I would appreciate if my compensation would be a fraction of that prize-pool relative to my chip stack, not just a plain buy in refund.

It is important to me, because the prize-pool was four times bigger than the buy in and my chances to win it was pretty good. The most fair way to refund such prize-pool would be to count a fraction of my stack size worth relative to the prize-pool at the start of the issue.


I believe that is how you would deal with a problem if it would be expresso with fifty or hundred times the buy in or the MTT final table. I would appreciate if this would be done for my four times the buy in espresso too.
