  1. [HM3] Problèmes de HUD avec Winamax

    The latest beta version* of HM3 is 3.1.24.8536 and it is available to anyone with a paid Support & Maintenance (S/M), trial license, or free license. The HUD should be working for Winamax in that version. *You will receive a prompt to update HM3 whenever an update is available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=278 - or in our FAQs - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/hm3-release-notes - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray. - Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link. - Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started. - Launch your poker client(s). Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem. You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 250 MB (including logs).     We are aware of the issues some customers are having but haven't been able to narrow down the cause yet. For now, all we can do is ask you to try our latest internal pre-release beta version and send us your logs, screenshots, and hand history files from a session to review. Please make sure you have the right path configured, and only that one new path is configured. If you have more than one auto-import path configured for any one site it can cause the HUD to fail. The path with the numbers/letters is the proper path - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/winamax Please select and 'Remove' any of the other/old paths that are no longer needed by HM3. If you have multiple auto import paths configured in HM3 for the same site it can cause our HUD to fail. - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray. - Please update to our latest internal pre-release beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.24.8447 - Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started. - Launch your poker client(s).     Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test. p.s.     If you bought HM3 and your Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan expired you can still use HM3 but you have to roll back to the previous stable version that was released before the expiration from the HM3 - Help - My Licenses... menu. You can learn more about the Support & Maintenance (S/M) plans and pricing here. HM3 also has a 'Free' version you can use for testing the latest HM3 version but it is limited to 500 hands in the reports and 1 single table HUD for micro stakes. PT4 is a lifetime license. PT4 was released in 2013 and there will eventually be a PT5 version with some sort of subscription-based pricing like HM3. I think Hand2Note and DriveHUD both have some sort of feature-limited free version for micro stakes as well. Regards, Fozzy71 Customer Support Hold'em Manager

    Unfortunately HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support.     Is this for HM2 or HM3? I think I just saw a very similar post (from you?) with the same wording on another forum regarding this issue with HM2. HM2 support ended at the end of 2020 so I am not sure if HM2 still works on that site.     Winamax is aware of this issue, they made some changes that introduced bugs on their end. Its not possible to be resolved on our end. We are in communication with them to try and get it resolved ASAP. We did however discover some issues on our end while looking into these reports, like tournament table changes, and we are adding proper support for that.
